It's been a good run (since 1998 or thereabouts), but I'm switching web servers and the new hosting provider doesn't have the same software support that I need. Nor do I have the time or energy to rewrite the mail processing system. I've moved on to other things, like teaching SCUBA diving, Underwater Photography and getting married and starting a family.

When I was working in the Dot.Com world and my server costs were less than that of a take-out dinner, I didn't mind the load. Now, that same cash will feed me for 2 weeks or more if I'm careful. Since YOTREPS started in the amateur radio community, traditions prevent me from charging for the service or even accepting donations.

If you still feel like helping me out, here's the latest news (as of March 1st, 2007). I'm getting married to a wonderful woman. We're going to have a child. While I love my work as a SCUBA instructor, it doesn't pay very well. Amy works as a nanny; which in Hawaii doesn't pay very well, either. I'm selling my boat to create a cash reserve, maybe a down payment on a business or property. Yes, Wishful Thinking, is once again, for sale. This time for real. I need to sell her this summer before the baby is born. She's still in Hawaii, still at Ke'ehi lagoon, and still capable of sailing around the world. So tell your friends. I'm asking $40,000, which is well below her resale value.

In closing, I wish, all of you, all of these, as often as possible:

One sailboat,
two people,
three meals,
four watches,
five senses on duty,
six feet of water under the keel,
seven winds in the sails.
